One Day Cash Credit – Terms and Conditions

RojRuPay is a private funding company incorporated in Maharashtra, India

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the loan services provided by RojRuPay ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to individuals ("Customer," "you," or "your") who apply for and receive short-term credit from us.

By applying for or accepting a loan from RojRuPay, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To apply for a loan, you must:

Be at least 18 years old;

Be a resident of India

Have a valid government-issued ID;

Have a steady source of income;

Have a valid bank account.

Have a sincere approach to repay loan

2. Loan Terms

Loan Amount: Minimum ₹1,000, Maximum ₹2,500.

Repayment Period: Within 1  day (from 00:00 to 24:00 only)

Interest Rate: 5% per day as per loan agreement.

Processing Fee: 0 (deducted upfront).

Late Payment Fee: [₹100 or 10%] per day after due time.

3. Loan Approval and Disbursement

Loan approval is subject to verification and credit assessment.

Once approved, funds will be disbursed to your bank account within 24 hours through UPI.

The Company reserves the right to decline any application without explanation.

4. Repayment Terms

Repayment must be made in full on or before the due date as specified in your loan agreement.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, debit card, or any method agreed upon.

Early repayment is allowed at no additional charge unless otherwise specified.

5. Late Payments and Default

If repayment is not made on time, a late fee and additional interest may apply.

Continued default may result in:

Reporting to credit bureaus;

Collection actions, including legal proceedings;

 Additional recovery costs borne by the borrower.

6. Use of Information

By applying, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal and financial information for credit assessment and loan servicing.

We comply with applicable Data Protection Law, e.g., GDPR/PDPA/IT Act.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information.

Ensure timely repayment.

Inform the Company immediately of any change in contact, UPI id or banking details.

8. Right to Amend

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or on our official website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

You are financially capable of repaying the loan as agreed.
